We are looking for a skilled florist to focus exclusively on producing floral arrangements for website and lifestyle content. The designs are pre-determined, so this role requires excellent craftsmanship, attention to detail, and consistency to ensure that every arrangement reflects brand standards and photographs beautifully.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately reproduce pre-designed floral arrangements for photoshoots and website use.
• Ensure all arrangements are consistent in size, shape, and style to match brand guidelines.
• Prepare flowers (ordering, conditioning, trimming, storage) to maintain freshness and quality for photography.
• Work closely with the marketing/creative team to deliver arrangements on time for scheduled shoots.
• Style and position arrangements during photoshoots to achieve the best visual results.
• Manage stock and flowers specifically allocated for content production.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficient production.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Professional floristry experience with a focus on precise and consistent arrangement-making.
• Strong technical skills in flower preparation, handling, and arrangement building.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow exact specifications.
• Time management skills to meet content production schedules.
• Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate with photographers and stylists.

• Provide information about an extensive variety of flowers to explain their properties, appearance, scent and compatibility with other flowers
• Explain care of arrangements to customers to prolong the life of the flowers for maximum enjoyment
• monitor stock and work out what is required for customer orders
• create floral displays, bouquets and hatboxes using flowers, plants, dried flowers; based on current products, your own designs, or customers' requirements
• advise customers on choosing flowers suitable for an occasion or event.
• keeping the shop clean and tidy
