Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, logistics, and scheduling.
- Lead and support customer service, florists, drivers, and supervisors.
- Improve processes to boost efficiency and service quality.
- Manage supplier coordination and inventory flow.
- Uphold Flowers.ae’s high standards of quality and customer care.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years’ experience in operations, logistics, or service-based management.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A proactive mindset and ability to thrive under pressure.
- UAE driving licence preferred.
