We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy Content Creator & Social Media Assistant to join our team. You’ll produce engaging content, manage social platforms, support influencer collaborations, and help grow our brand presence online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media & Content Creation: Plan, shoot, produce, and post content (photos, videos, reels, stories) for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more. Provide guidance to editors and make quick edits when needed.
• Content Strategy & Collaboration: Assist with the content calendar, collaborate with the team, and edit creative assets for newsletters, website banners, product pages, and blog content.
• Creative Visuals & Copy: Capture compelling visuals, write engaging captions, and monitor trends and influencer content.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2+ years in content creation, photography, or social media.
• Strong photography/video skills; proficient in Adobe Suite, CapCut, Canva, Lightroom, or similar.
• Experience managing Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest, or Google My Business.
• Portfolio-focused: We will review your photos/videos to see how you think, shoot, and execute. Portfolio should reflect work in flower shops, beauty, cosmetics, or luxury brands.
• Exceptional visual storytelling with a clean, premium aesthetic.
  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Provide information about an extensive variety of flowers to explain their properties, appearance, scent and compatibility with other flowers
• Explain care of arrangements to customers to prolong the life of the flowers for maximum enjoyment
• monitor stock and work out what is required for customer orders
• create floral displays, bouquets and hatboxes using flowers, plants, dried flowers; based on current products, your own designs, or customers' requirements
• advise customers on choosing flowers suitable for an occasion or event.
• keeping the shop clean and tidy
