Before every delivery, we send you a video of your actual arrangement so you can see exactly what's on its way. Fresh flowers, hand-delivered by a local florist.

We aim to match every arrangement to the photo as closely as possible. All images on our website are handcrafted by our own florists using a standard stem count per arrangement. If a specific flower isn't available, we'll replace it with a comparable alternative of equal value and contact you before making any changes. Once your order is ready, we'll send you a short video via WhatsApp or email for your approval before delivery.

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 22:00 for most major urban areas across the UAE. If you're ordering after 22:00, contact us and we'll advise on available options.

At checkout, select your emirate to see the time slots available in your area. For Dubai, current options are:
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – Midnight
- 60-Minute Delivery (75 AED) — select areas
- Exact Time Delivery (50 AED) — select areas

Yes. We deliver to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Al Ain with free delivery on orders over 245 AED. Delivery to Fujairah, Dibba, Khorfakkan, Kalba, Hatta, and Eastern/Western regions carries a 250 AED delivery fee (minimum order 245 AED).

We will call the recipient and ask if we can redirect to where they are, or leave it with someone they know that are present or in the vicinity. If we cannot reach the recipient, we will call the sender and ask for another contact number, or to redeliver the order at a later time.

We only print what’s written exactly on the card, so in order for the recipient to know who it is from, you can include your name in the card message.

No, we don’t. We consider all orders as a gift so we don’t include price tags or receipts when we send it, unless you request us to send you a copy of it.
