6. Select the delivery date & address including a nominated delivery day

9. Place your order

After you have completed your first order you can use your email address and password to sign in on future visits to this site.

How to Amend An Order

If you would like to change the details of an order you've recently placed, please contact our Customer Service Team by email: customer.service@flowers.ae.

Receiving Your Order Confirmation

You will be sent notification that your order has been received by e-mail shortly after reaching the 'Order Confirmation' screen. This email will summarise the full details of your order - including confirmation of recipient and card message.

This will be written in English and sent to the e-mail address you provided within the 'Your Details' section of the order form. We would advise you to retain this information. Your order confirmation will contain an individual order number.

If you need to call us about your order please ensure you have this order number ready as it allows us to find the details of your order easily.

Using a Discount Voucher Code

If you have a valid discount code or gift card, proceed to checkout. On the right side of the checkout page, below your order summary, enter your code in the "Discount code or gift card" field and click Apply. If valid, the discount will be automatically deducted from your total.

Selected codes may be restricted to specific products, countries, or date ranges — any restrictions will be communicated when the code is issued.

Accepted Methods of Payment

We are pleased to accept the following payment methods at Flowers.ae:
Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Diners Club, PayPal, Tabby (pay later), and Tamara (monthly instalments, Sharia compliant). Express checkout options including Apple Pay and Google Pay may be available depending on your device and browser.

Amending Account Details:

To update your account details, log in and click the pencil icon next to your name or address. Make your changes and save.

Product Substitution

Many types of flowers are seasonably available and this may vary depending on region and country. Sometimes, therefore, the florist may need to substitute one flower variety or plant, or indeed packaging and sundry items, for another. When doing so, florists must adhere to the strict substitution guidelines detailed below: 

1. Any substitution will be of superb quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. The colour and shape of the chosen product must take priority and no change in size or shape is permissible.
3. The value of the replacement flower or plant will be equal to, or greater than, the original variety.
4. When substitution is made, the utmost care is taken to provide flowers or plants which maintain the overall effect of the gift.
